Scott has worked at Timberline and ran the company for 20 years. Scott orchestrates day to day operations in Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga. He has recently served as the President for TUFC (Tennessee Urban Forestry Council). Outside of work Scott enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, raising chickens, church, and camping.
John Storley

John started working at Timberline over a decade ago in 2007. He enjoys working here because he says it's a great place to work. John specializes in sales, service, and tree, shrub, and lawn care. John enjoys woodworking, The Lions Club, sports, family time, helping with the high school band, and church.
Andrew Ross

Andrew has a vast knowledge of landscape, construction, heavy equipment and rigging procedures. For the last 23 years, he has dedicated himself to the preservation of trees, ornamentals and all turfgrass species. He is highly experienced in cutting edge treatments and procedures to control insects and diseases in a residential setting as well as in nature. Andrew is licensed with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture to apply and handle pesticides and his tree, shrub, ornamental, insect and pest identification and I.P.M solution processes for Timberline Tree & Lawn Care are highly accredited and have a high success rate.
John Pelcharsky

John has worked in the landscape industry for more than 10 years, from mowing to landscape design and install to applying herbicide. John has worked in many different occupations including healthcare and construction but has found that the tree industry is the most enjoyable. John came to Timberline because of the family like atmosphere and their care for preserving historic trees. John loves to spend time with his two boys and his wonderful wife. As a family, they love to play sports, go to the park, and enjoy being outdoors together. John looks forward to working with you to make your lawn and shrubs the best in the neighborhood.

Roger has been a part of the Timberline family for 9 1/2 years and counting. He enjoys a good challenge and loves what he does. Roger likes working at Timberline because he feels at home here. On his time off, he likes to go offroading, boating and fishing, and looks forward to retirement.

Lee has worked at Timberline for almost a year. He sprays trees and lawns, as well as provides ground support for our tree crew. Lee enjoys working at Timberline because of the great environment and family like coworkers. Lee is extremely mechanically inclined and enjoys woodworking in his spare time.
Hunter Woods

Hunter has worked at Timberline for 9 years, mainly deep root fertilizing. Eagle Scout, Hunter Woods graduated from both Collierville High and the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Alan has worked with us for three years now because he says it's a great place to work with great people. He has a drive to continually push himself and move forward in life. In his spare time, Alan enjoys riding back roads, mudding, fishing and hanging out with family and friends.
Jill Smith
Office Operations
Jill has a background in environmental biology, natural resources and forestry. She loves nature and spending time outside. Jill is a wife and a mother of 2 teenage boys. She helps to run the office operations for all three offices.
Saul Padilla

Saul Padilla began his career with Scott as a arborist while working at Spring Creek Ranch. He followed Scott when Timberline’s 1st office was opened 20 years ago and helped establish the Memphis office. Saul is married, has three children and still enjoys playing soccer in his spare time. He resides in Collierville TN
